Aqua aerobic sessions are one of the must-do entertainment activities at Holiday Green; your campsite with pool area in Fréjus. Starting in the spring, we offer exercise and Zumba classes to get you in shape. During high season, there's a real weekly programme of invigorating exercise sessions that include cardio exercises, core muscle building, stretching, and body sculpting. Exercise trail and Fitness room

During your stay at Holiday Green, you can get back in shape with our exercise trail. The trail's 17 exercise stations are grouped in seven fun cluster areas located around the holiday village's hilly terrain. As you follow this free-access trail, you'll be able to do a range of exercises for muscle building, strength building, muscular relaxation, coordination, along with cardio and stretching exercises. After your holiday in Fréjus, you're sure to be in great shape! Holidays are the best time of the year to get back in shape. At Holiday Green, if you prefer a little more privacy, you can use our fitness room for your daily workout. (2€ per day)

As a five-star establishment, Holiday Green Resort & Spa brings you high-end services. That's why on site you'll find a well-equipped fitness room. With its treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical trainer, two rowing machines, and butterfly machine, our fitness room is sure to be a hit with our more fitness-focused guests. (2€ per day)

JOGGING, E-BIKE, AND MOUNTAIN BIKE RIDES

The hinterland in the Var features some great reliefs for mountain biking, hiking, and jogging. Our team will help you discover the most beautiful trails. Our sports instructors regularly organise mountain bike rides in the area around Holiday Green 5-star Resort & Spa. These outings are the opportunity to discover some stunning trails through the hills of the Côte d'Azur in the company of our instructors, which you can then do by yourself: the Esterel Massif in Saint Raphael, the Roc d'Azur trails in Fréjus, and the Blavet Gorges in Roquebrune sur Argens. You can also follow these trails for jogs in the great outdoors, both around the holiday village and in the surrounding area. A way to find trails that the more adventurous can then do again on their own.

As part of our environmental approach and to limit car traffic, mountain bikes and e-bikes are available to rent.
