Saint-Tropez and its market
Take advantage of a family taxi boat ride to visit the famous village of Saint-Tropez and enjoy its picturesque atmosphere on market days. On Tuesdays and Saturdays, you can take the boat from Port-Fréjus at 8:00, 10:00 or 12:00, and re-embark at the port of Saint-Tropez at 13:00, 16:00 or 18:00. It takes only 25 minutes to cross to Saint-Tropez, compared to almost an hour by car. Not only do you avoid parking difficulties on market days in the pretty Provençal village, but you can also enjoy a pleasant boat trip along one of the most beautiful parts of the Var coast from Fréjus to Saint-Tropez: Saint-Aygulf, les Issambres, Sainte-Maxime and Port Cogolin. A service offered from April to October, which you can enjoy from sunny days to late in the season!
Discovery of the Esterel
Every day, you can board at 6pm or 8pm for a discovery of the most beautiful coves of the Esterel massif. Go to the Quai Agrippa in Port-Fréjus to enjoy an original sea trip: Romain Bazire's company "Les Excursions du Var" invites you to board a semi-rigid boat to discover the hidden coves at the foot of the red rocks of the Esterel massif, but also the Isle of Gold, recognizable by its square tower in front of Cap Dramont: the programme of your excursion includes breathtaking landscapes and swimming breaks in translucent water. With fins, mask and snorkel, you can admire multiple species of fish.
The Lérins Islands
Among the boat trips from Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël offered by the company "Les Excursions du Var", there is a day trip to the islands off Cannes. Boarding is at 10:00 am and return at 5:00 pm. The Lérins archipelago is composed of Île Sainte-Marguerite, Île Saint-Honorat and their respective islets. Each of these islands is famous in its own way: the first shelters the fort of the man in an iron mask, the second a Cistercian monastery. Romain Bazire offers you a full day excursion including a boat trip, lunch at sea facing the island of Saint-Honorat, the discovery of the monastery and its vineyard, as well as a surprise visit. The return allows you to enjoy a sea trip and remarkable coastal landscapes again.
Cape Taillat
The sea excursion to Cap Taillat is an all-inclusive package offered by the "Excursions du Var" company. Designed for sea lovers, swimmers and idlers, this outing lasts a full day, from 10am to 5pm. You will discover this natural jewel of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, protected by the Conservatoire du littoral for the richness of its flora and fauna, both terrestrial and marine. Access by sea will allow you to enjoy wild beaches and heavenly coves not always accessible by land. On the programme for your dream day at Cap Taillat, swimming and relaxation in a unique setting, palm, mask and snorkel hikes between the rocks and along the underwater paths, a relaxing boat trip, and a meal on board in a friendly atmosphere. The richness of the seabed of Cape Taillat will give you the impression of swimming in an aquarium, discovering the endemic species of the Mediterranean and the Var coast.
